What You’ll Be Doing Managing a residential portfolio with strong internal support, systems and processes in place; Acting as a trusted point of contact for landlords, providing clear communication and proactive advice; Overseeing tenancy matters including maintenance coordination, inspections, renewals and compliance; Managing arrears, breaches and issues calmly and professionally, with a solutions-focused approach; Ensuring all legislative and compliance requirements are met to a high standard; Working collaboratively with leasing, accounts and support staff to maintain smooth portfolio performance; and Contributing at a senior level to the ongoing quality, stability and reputation of the department. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in residential property management, ideally in a senior or autonomous role; Strong knowledge of property legislation, compliance and best-practice portfolio management; The confidence and professionalism to manage landlord and tenant relationships effectively; Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail; A calm, level-headed approach with the ability to problem-solve and prioritise effectively; A long-term mindset and genuine pride in delivering high standards of service; and Mandarin language skills advantageous but not essential.
